What's covered in the workshops...

Workshop 1 - 12th August 3-5pm BST:

In workshop 1 we’ll delve into some coaching essentials you need to know, cover effective questioning and the take a first step into practicing the the skills of coaching in a group setting.

In between the sessions you’ll have some homework to start practicing your newly found coaching skills ready to report back in workshop 2.

Workshop 2 - 19th August 3-5pm BST

Workshop 2 will be heavily practical, you’ll spend the 2 hours honing your skills by coaching other attendees. Come to the session ready to be both a coach, a coachee and an observer! All of these roles will give you a wider appreciation of coaching best practice. 

The workshops are highly practical, and are focused on as much practical time as possible once the core concepts are covered. Because let’s be honest, what will enable you to build your coaching skills is PRACTICE.

 Practice = confidence…and confidence means you’ll use the skills!
